What to Expect at Your First Orthodontic Visit
Your first visit is your opportunity to get answers about your smile without having to figure everything out on your own.
When you arrive at Manzella Orthodontics, you’ll meet the team and a treatment coordinator. Depending on your needs, the team may take digital photos and X-rays for Dr. Manzella to review.
Dr. Manzella will personally perform your orthodontic examination, explain what he sees, discuss your treatment options, and answer your questions. Together, you’ll talk about whether orthodontic treatment is needed, when treatment should begin, and which option may be right for you.
Before scheduling your next visit, the treatment coordinator will also review finances and insurance with you.
Your initial visit generally lasts between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on your needs and whether diagnostic records are taken.
Consultations for children are free. Adult consultations are $25.
