Have you lost your retainer? Is it looking a little less than perfect, and you’re ready for a replacement? Order a retainer based on your existing scans from Manzella Orthodontics with this online form.

A new retainer costs $250 (or $500 for a set of two), unless you’re a member of the Manzella Orthodontics Retainer Warranty program. If you’d like information about the 5-year Warranty, please text us at 716-675-0155.

If your retainer doesn’t fit like it used to, or if it’s been a while since you wore it, you’ll need to come in for a new scan. We want to make sure your new retainer fits exactly right and protects your smile properly.

How It Works

Our retainer re-order service is designed for patients who already have a digital scan on file with us and whose current retainer still fits well.

Over time, retainers naturally wear out or get lost. Replacing yours regularly is one of the easiest ways to ensure your teeth stay in the right place.

If everything still fits as it should, we can use your existing digital scan to make a brand-new retainer and ship it directly to you—no visit needed.

When to Order a New Retainer

This re-order page is for current or former patients who meet all the following criteria:

We already have your digital scan on file
Your current retainer still fits properly
You want to order an identical replacement (no changes in fit or style)

This service is perfect for:

Patients who’ve lost or broken their retainer
Anyone who wants a backup set (just in case)

Your custom 3D printed retainer is made in good faith that the most recent digital scan Manzella Orthodontics has on file is an accurate representation of your teeth. Once created, your new retainer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
